Librarians and Writing Center personnel converged on the Take 5
Lounge for the Ghost Writers/Researchers event on Thursday, October 20.
We worked one-on-one with students on their assignments, provided
Halloween-themed prompts, told corny Halloween jokes (courtesy of Beth
Hoffman), and read our work aloud. We also awarded fabulous prizes,
including inflatable animals, Groucho Marx masks, and glow-sticks.The following five stories were responses to some of our writing prompts.
