An immortal man who cannot be physically injured is a passenger on a jet. The jet crashes and multiple people die on impact. A couple of people survive, but they are injured. The immortal man tries to gather up everyone and patch up the injured ones so they will not die from their injuries. He also gets them food while he finds a vehicle to take the injured to the hospital. He finally finds a pickup truck and carries everyone in his arms and puts them in the truck and takes all the injured to the hospital. He is able to save their lives.
